Dr. Yogendra Narain

Yogendra Narain is the former Secretary-General of Rajya Sabha. He also served as the Defence Secretary of India, Chief Secretary of Uttar Pradesh, Surface Transport Secretary of India. He is the current Chancellor of Hemwati Nandan Bahuguna Garhwal University (HNBGU). From 2007 to 2017, he was serving as Director at Reliance Power and Reliance Infrastructure. Yogendra Narain served in various key positions for both the Government of India and the Government of Uttar Pradesh like the first Chairman of Greater NOIDA, Principal Secretary (Information), Principal Secretary to the Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh, Principal Secretary to the Governor of Uttar Pradesh, Secretary (Power and Irrigation) and as the District Magistrate and Collector of Lucknow and Muzaffarnagar districts in the Government of Uttar Pradesh.

Sushil Bharti is a Filmmaker, Television Director and a well known writer. He is an avid reader of literature, since his college days, he had a very warm place for literature in his heart which led him to do his post-graduation in Hindi literature. In order to bring the best out of his skills, he went on to pursue M.A. in Mass Communication, giving his literary skills a much needed exposure to the media. Now, as of 2021 he has a very fine experience of 25 years as a writer and a filmmaker. Over the course of time his literary flare grew more and more and he has written 6 books, which have received very good reception from the people and has written and directed more than 1000 T.V Programs and 1500 radio programs. Since last 6 years he is the festival director of Global Literary Festival which is held in Noida every year. With the help of this festival he aims to introduce various eminent literary people to the society and has promoted books of more than 500 writers. Currently, he is the Director, Broadcasting of Radio Noida 107.4, and Marwah Studios TV that is known as MSTV (An online television) which is being heard and watched worldwide and with these help of this platforms, he has introduced many good literary people to the world.
